SYSTEM ENGINEER

Gambaran Pekerjaan :

1. Support day to day operations for Samsung mobile apps infrastructure including deploying new services
2. Design infrastructure architecture
3. Liaise with 3rd party partners: MS, Cloud vendor to maintain mobile apps infrastructure
4. Support Internal IT request and internal SRIN’s services ( GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc)
5. Manage & audit infrastructure assets
6. Managing problems, troubleshooting diagnostics, escalations and provide RCA analysis for resolved issues

Persyaratan Pencari Kerja :

• Pendidikan min S1
• Berasal dari jurusan :
  • Computer Science,
  • Software Engineering,
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja min 3 tahun dalam Linux system administration
• Memiliki keahlian dan pengalaman kerja meliputi :
  • Have good knowledge Restful API, Cloud Computing and PostgreSQL/MySQL or XMPP
  • Working knowledge of Virtualization technologies such as KVM and Proxmox.
  • Day-today experience in Backup/ restoration technologies
  • System and Application monitoring tools experience ( SNMP, Cacti, Icinga)
  • Shell scripting
  • Experience with Java, Nginx, Tomcat, JIRA , Git, Bind or ejabberd
• Network troubleshooting and security skills are plus
• Able to perform RCA, risk/failure assessment to ensure products meet its reliabilities
• Performance analyzing skill sets, capacity management and debugging skills required
• Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Innovative problem solver willing to search for creative

SERVICE ANALYST

Gambaran Pekerjaan :

1. Be PIC for services operational (3rd level support checking issue reported from CS, SEINS, vendors, partners, etc)
   Trace & identify possible cause of the issue and find possible quick fix solution of it
2. Communicate with development, product & PMO team to inform about bug confirmed
3. Test & verify service deployment result

Persyaratan Pencari Kerja :

• Pendidikan min S1
• Berasal dari jurusan :
  • Computer Science,
  • Software Engineering,
• Understanding of the end-to-end software life cycle, operational and support procedures and processes
• Quality oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
• At least 1 year of experience working in software development team
• Min 1 year experiences in Software Testing Mobile Apps testing is an advantage
• Experience in managing vendor providing application support is an advantage
• Able to communicate issues to vendor and clients. Ability to explain technical issues at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Sense of urgency to get incidences resolved and closed
• Memiliki keahlian dan pengalaman kerja meliputi :
  • Have knowledge of SDLC processes
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledge of programming languages

QA – SOFTWARE QUALITY ENGINEER

Gambaran Pekerjaan :

1. Analyze and create test scenario to ensure quality of the software (functional, performance, and security test)
2. Create and maintain automation test script
3. Execute manual test cases that are not covered by automation script
4. Act as advisor on coding standard and static analysis report
5. Verify open source license used

Persyaratan Pencari Kerja :

• Dapat melakukan coding pemrograman dalam Java / C / C++ , dalam hal ini pelamar harus dapat menyelesaikan soal pemrograman pada situs topcoder[dot]com (Div II level 250) ( pertanyaaan Algorithm-easy).
• Can code properly in Java/C/C++.
• Understand the importance of product quality and reliability
• Familiar with Android/iPhone phone applications
• Ability to understand user behavior to properly create test scenarios
• Good communication, collaboration and reporting skill
• Self-motivated and fast learner because there will be so much to learn here
